Brennan’s charge is to lead the customer service, retention, order processing and art, and account management teams within the Pennsylvania-headquartered firm’s customer success department.

“Mike brings a deep understanding of customer service excellence,” said PCNA CEO Neil Ringel, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “His professional experience reflects our shared vision of a customer-first culture defined by collaboration, engagement and service excellence. We are proud to welcome him to the PCNA family.”

Brennan holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in finance from Bentley University. He spent nearly 30 years with Staples, the private equity-owned parent company of Top 40 distributor Staples Promotional Products (asi/120601), serving in the VP of customer service role for more than 15 years after rising through various positions.

“I am thrilled to join PCNA and contribute to its leading market presence,” said Brennan. “By working together to enhance the level of service excellence, I am confident in our ability to consistently improve processes and leverage innovative strategies to strengthen the customer experience.”

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue $857.3 million, PCNA ranked fourth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The new rankings are due out this summer.
