Counselor Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) has announced a spate of promotions, including C-Suite moves, that come as the Massachusetts-headquartered company fully unifies Counselor Top 40 distributor AIA Corporation (asi/109480) under the iPROMOTEu brand.

The promotions, brand unification and related operational enhancements aim to strengthen iPROMOTEu and help it deliver industry-leading service and innovative solutions to its community of distributor affiliates, executives said.

iPROMOTEu acquired AIA last year. Going forward, iPROMOTEu and AIA Corporation are unifying all their operations under the iPROMOTEu brand and leadership team, effective April 1. In connection with that, iPROMOTEu announced the following promotions on its executive team:

• Joe Hoffmann, Chief Operating Officer
• Laura High, Senior Vice President of Marketing
• Steve Gardner, Senior Vice President of Business Development
• Tammi Ouillette, Vice President of Human Resources

These promo professionals join a leadership team that already included Nancy Schmidt, Chief Financial Officer (and former AIA CEO); Dave Saracino, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales & Support; Dave Kneram, Senior Vice President of Technology; and Rich Berg, Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Distributor Exchange.

All the leaders report directly to Chief Executive Officer Lori Bauer, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the promotional products industry’s most influential people.

Several team members have also taken on broader responsibilities to further strengthen integration, technology, marketing strategy, affiliate success and cross-functional collaboration, the firm said in a statement.
