Nichols has 17 years of industry experience and, as sole owner/operator of Pathwave, focused on client collaboration and creativity. Genumark says these attributes are welcome additions due to its focus on offering quality, developing long-term strategy and leveraging the latest in technology.

“I’m ecstatic to be part of Canada’s largest, most progressive and tech-savvy merchandising company,” says Nichols. “By integrating my clients into Genumark’s powerhouse, I can offer them a broader array of services and products, enhancing both their customer experience and ROI.”

Pathwave has locations in Edmonton, AB, Vancouver, BC, and Los Angeles, and serves clients across Canada and the U.S.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kyle to the Genumark team,” says Mitch Freed, CEO of Genumark and a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “His extensive industry expertise, innovative spirit and unwavering dedication to client success make him an ideal fit for us as we continue to grow across North America. Kyle’s vision and skills will undoubtedly amplify our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients and propel Genumark’s growth and success to new heights.”

Genumark was recently named a Best Managed Company in Canada by Deloitte, and has also made key appointments since last fall – most recently, Alexis Bernard as the New York City-based senior director of business development – in an effort to expand its presence in the U.S. market. The distributor was also named a Counselor Best Place to Work earlier this year.

With 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $51.4 million, Genumark ranked 38th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The new list is due out this summer.
