Print-on-Demand Provider Spoke Custom Opens New Headquarters
The new 107,000-square-foot facility doubles production capacity for the company, which is a subsidiary of Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA.
Spoke Custom has doubled the size of its digs – and the provider of print-on-demand solutions for hard goods says that comes with considerable benefits for customers.
A subsidiary of Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887), Spoke Custom announced Oct. 2 that it has relocated to a new headquarters in Norcross, GA.
The 107,000-square-foot space, described as a state-of-the-art facility, more than doubles Spoke Custom’s decoration/production capacity and allows for expanded room for warehousing product inventory, executives said.
The firm said new equipment, material flow and automation-driven enhancements increase how much Spoke Custom can produce during times of peak demand.
“We are thrilled to announce the expansion of Spoke’s national headquarters in Norcross, which marks a significant milestone in our growth journey,” said PCNA CEO Neil Ringel, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people.
Ringel continued: “The move into this state-of-the-art facility enables us to scale operations, enhance efficiency and continue delivering the high-quality, personalized products that Spoke is known for.”
PCNA said Spoke Custom’s expansion will help support – and spur – the growth of the supplier’s Givee Select platform. Launched in January 2024, Givee Select provides businesses with a solution for creating gifting and e-commerce stores featuring curated, personalized on-demand products, fulfilled through Spoke.
As it stands, Spoke Custom offers more than 120 hard good items across more than 10 brands. It decorates such products through printing mediums that include sublimation, laser and digital. The firm’s solutions have been increasingly sought-after: PCNA said Spoke has experienced five consecutive months of double-digit growth.
The new bigger Spoke facility “reflects our commitment to innovation and growth in the print-on-demand industry,” said Doug Mitchell, PCNA’s chief growth officer. “We are devoted to empowering our customers to meet the increasing and diverse demands of the market.”
New Kensington, PA-based PCNA ranked fifth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry based on reported 2023 North American promotional products revenue of $693.9 million.
Founded in 2013 following a management buyout of Case-Mate’s custom products division, Spoke Custom was acquired by PCNA in 2022. PCNA employs 28 full-time Spoke Custom team members in Georgia, alongside additional outsourced staff, and operates facilities in Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Arizona.
