The Minneapolis-based company has announced that it’s opening a European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

Spearheaded by a Europe-based leadership team with experience in merch, gifting, printing and packaging, the Dublin office will play a pivotal role in helping Imprint Engine service existing enterprise level clients, including Uber, Github, Gopuff and Klarna. The headquarters’ emphasis will include local sourcing, account support and managing financial transactions around tariffs and shipping.

“Expanding our presence in Ireland will allow us to have boots on the ground in Europe to better service our larger international clients,” said Caleb Gilbertson, founding partner of Imprint Engine. “Our international location will mimic the system, technology and sales support process that has led to our rapid growth here in the U.S.”

Travis Veit and Zach Sussman are also partners in the company.

Imprint Engine said its platform automates corporate gifting by allowing clients to order products, track shipments and manage inventory while integrating with technology tools like CRMs, HR platforms, procurement platforms and more. The firm, which was founded in 2012, said sales have soared 80% over the last year, driven particularly by demand from human resources professionals.

“Imprint Engine has seen its work helping HR professionals connect with employees double from 25% to more than 50% of its business,” the company said.

Amid the sales acceleration, Imprint Engine has also expanded its physical footprint in its Minnesota base. Earlier this year, the company more than tripled the size of its office and warehouse space when it moved into a 40,000-square-foot facility in Brooklyn Center, MN.

The move came as Imprint Engine also recently acquired Shameless Inc. (asi/324155), a distributor/decorator founded in 2008. The acquisition enabled Imprint Engine to bring decorating services like embroidery, screen printing and engraving in house, allowing for, among other things, a streamlined workflow and faster fulfillment, the company said.

“We are very excited about the move to our new headquarters, which allows us to continue our growth in a number of ways, but particularly as we expand our in-house production with the acquisition of Shameless and nearly $700,000 in new printing and production equipment,” Gilbertson said. Our new U.S. space combined with our global expansion allows us to offer seamless support to our growing list of global clients and we expect continued aggressive growth.”

Imprint Engine cited figures that put the corporate gifting market at $242 billion.
