St Regis Offers Revo Sunglasses With NASA Technology

The awards and recognition supplier has partnered with the retail brand to offer select sunglasses styles to the promo industry.

St Regis Group (asi/84592; Canada, 84595) just added a new retail accessories line for distributor clients in the U.S. and Canada.

The supplier is now the provider of 16 select styles of Revo sunglasses to the promotional products industry. Revo was founded in 1985 by astrophysicist and optical engineer Dr. Mitch Ruda who invented a way to apply NASA-developed coatings, originally used to protect satellite portholes from space radiation, on sunglasses.

The Daphne sunglasses (RVO1101X), now available from St Regis, feature frames made of plant-based, 100% biodegradable bio-acetate and Revo’s NASA-designed Serilium+ polarized lens technology.

St Regis’ new partnership marks a continuation of suppliers in the promotional products industry establishing affiliations with retail brands. Earlier this week, Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/78897) announced its collaboration with drinkware company Hydro Flask, and Top 40 supplier ADG Promo Products (asi/97270) officially partnered with drinkware brand Iron Flask last month. In June, Top 40 supplier Gemline (asi/56070) added Milk Bar and Folly Coffee to its Gourmet Expressions food gift line.
