Two Canadian distributors are joining forces to expand their customer base and service capabilities.

Oakville, ON-based Promotional Source (asi/301292) has acquired Concord, ON-based Plan-It Promotions. Financial details of the transaction were not released.

As part of the deal, Plan-It will now operate under the Promotional Source name from the company’s, Toronto, Oakville and Barrie, ON, locations.

Promotional Source is a member of Facilisgroup, a software-as-a-service company and partnering community for the promo industry based in St. Louis with a Canadian location in Ottawa.
