Promotional products firm Specialized Office Systems (asi/331350) in Phoenix has acquired Logo Expressions (asi/255335) in Carlsbad, CA. Financial details of the transaction were not immediately available.

“This acquisition brings some top talent, great supplier partnerships and great clients to our amazing team,” said Nathan Goldberg, president of Specialized Office Systems, in a statement. The agreement between the two companies, which both specialize in promotional products and branded apparel, will also improve and expand Specialized Office Systems’ supply chain capacity along with its presence in the California market.

Specialized Office Systems, which also sells office supplies and furniture, is a family-owned company in Phoenix with more than 2,000 active U.S. clients and almost 30 employees.

“Our combination with Specialized Office Systems will bring a lot of new products and services to our existing client base,” said Sandra Moffitt Adams, president and CEO of Logo Expressions, which will continue to operate under its name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Specialized Office Systems.
