Koozie Group Promotes Aaron Vollrath to Chief Experience Officer

Vollrath has more than 20 years of customer service, sales and supply chain experience at major brands.

Aaron Vollrath has joined the executive team at Koozie Group (asi/40480).

The Top 40 supplier has named Vollrath to the position of chief experience officer. Vollrath has been with the company for the past three years, and now reports to CEO David Klatt.

Going forward, Vollrath’s responsibilities will include managing the Care Krew customer service team, spearheading alignment across departments to improve the customer experience, and leading overall customer service strategy.

Vollrath has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and supply chain management for brands such as Scotts Miracle-Gro, Reckitt Benckiser, Kellogg’s, Henkel and Kids2.

Over the past three years at Koozie Group, he oversaw a new onboarding program, improved analytics, implemented the use of customer surveys and expanded the company’s large-order concierge service.

This year, Koozie Group also promoted Phil Gergen to the position of senior vice president of technology and Rachel Rosario to senior director of marketing and communication.

With 2021 North American promotional products revenue of $300 million, the Clearwater, FL-based company ranked sixth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
